“Gronostaj” Tactical Vest

The “Gronostaj” tactical vest was designed by ASTRIVA in collaboration with MIWO Military Lubliniec—a Polish manufacturer of tactical gear whose solutions are based on the experience of uniformed personnel and lessons learned from real-world operations and overseas missions. For years, MIWO has been designing equipment for the military, uniformed services, shooters, and demanding civilian users, focusing on functionality, durability, and the ability to adapt the gear to specific tasks.

“Gronostaj” is a universal plate carrier designed for both uniformed services and demanding civilian users. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it offers extensive configuration options and adaptability to various operational, training, and security tasks.

Whether the priority is mobility, comfort, low weight, or expansion with additional modules, “Gronostaj” allows the configuration to be tailored to the user’s needs.

Main features:

• Pockets for SAPI L ballistic inserts: The vest features main pockets designed to accommodate SAPI L-sized ballistic plates, with the option to securely mount smaller plates (SAPI S, SAPI M, Shooter Cut 10” x 12”) using an internal stabilizing strap.

• Side pockets for ballistic inserts: the system allows for the installation of soft and hard side inserts in sizes 6“ × 6”, 6“ × 8”, and 8“ × 8”, increasing the level of protection while maintaining high mobility.

• Breathable cummerbund: the widened side belt made of breathable mesh features additional ventilation channels that improve comfort during prolonged wear.

• MOLLE straps on the shoulders: allow for convenient routing of radio cables, hydration system tubes, and attachment of lightweight accessories.

• Material: 1000D IRR nylon. The vest is made of durable 1000D IRR nylon, resistant to abrasion and heavy use. The material has properties that reduce infrared reflectivity.

• Colors: available color options: green, black, and pattern 93.

• The production utilizes materials also used in equipment designed for the Polish Army.

• Widened rescue handle: the reinforced rescue handle allows for the quick and safe extraction of the user from a hazardous area.

• Full adjustability: Adjustments at the shoulders and side straps allow the vest to be tailored to the user’s body type, clothing, and equipment configuration.
